Founded in 2014 by Nicholas Cheshire, our focus has always been on providing a service that’s customised to the unique needs of each client. We understand that in the world of property management, no two clients are the same, so we make a point of understanding your specific needs and tailoring our services accordingly.
We offer an array of letting packages, each meticulously designed to provide the utmost care for your property. We take on the burden of management, ensuring everything runs smoothly, so you don’t have to.

Nick’s our man who had the original plan. He started Nest in Essex on Monday, 24 November 2014. A day he remembers clearly, which is ironic as he always forgets when it’s his turn to make the tea in the office.

Natasha is our office’s Multitasker in Chief. She does a bit of everything and does it really well. Not only does she keep numerous plates spinning in the office and studying for a child psychology degree, but she’s also a mum to five young children

Dan’s been with us as a Personal Agent, helping people sell successfully since October 2020. He brought the people skills and work ethic to our team, which he picked up from a previous career as Travel & Hospitality industry.
