I started Nest in Essex because I saw a gap for a genuinely different type of estate agency locally.
Every agency I looked at had the same issues.
Too much focus on numbers and targets.
Too little attention on people, their stories, and the end result.
I kept seeing the same cycle play out.
Chasing new listings.
Trying to be the biggest in town.
All while quality slipped and responsibility faded once the board went up.
I wanted to build something different.
A business where you deal with the same person throughout.
Where advice is honest.
And where accountability doesn’t disappear after instruction.
Nest was built to stay personal, local, and involved from start to finish.
