Karen is our our dedicated Agent Support.

This doesn’t mean she goes around our office cheering our team on (although she probably  would).

Her role is to use her superpowers of administration and organisation to allow our agents to focus fully on serving their clients.

Karen’s been with us since November 2019 and she;’s mum to Natasha and mother-in-law to our founder, Nick.

Her knack for being organised organisation, has no doubt been honed through lookingafter a family of four daughters and nine grandchildren.

When she’s not making our office run like clockwork, you can find Karen immersed in her passion for crafting. Her home – and sometimes her desk – can resemble Hobby Craft, with paper being her particular hoard of choice. She spends most of her time creating beautiful pieces from a mixture of paper and card, inspired by her favourite channel, Create and Craft.

The £10m question…If you won £10m, what would you spend it on – I’d buy a new home on the coast and start my own business, with crafting at its core.
