Nick’s our man who had the original plan.

He started Nest in Essex on Monday, 24 November 2014. A day he remembers clearly, which is ironic as he always forgets when it’s his turn to make the tea in the office.

He’s been working in estate agency since 2012, and it was his initial frustrations around how clients were treated that inspired him to take a chance and set up our agency.

Nick loves what he does, is generous to a fault, and his passion for helping people move successfully is evident in everything he does. He genuinely gives a sh!7!

Outside of work, his five young children keep him on his toes. He’s still a big kid at heart and enjoys gaming and making elaborate LEGO models.

The £10m question…If you won £10m, what would you spend it on: I’d buy a farm and take loads of holidays with my wife Natasha and the kids.

Nick’s one BIG tip for home sellers: When you are thinking of selling, do your research about the local estate agencies. Prepare a list of questions to ask them and make your decisions based on the quality of the answers they provide. We have a handy guide (10 Questions to ask an estate agent *link*) that outlines the best questions to ask.
